Dr. Hull is not in network for any insurance companies, and, therefore, she would be considered an out-of-network provider.

She is a Medicare provider but is not a Medicaid provider.

If you are using private insurance, Dr. Hull will provide you with a receipt for your payment will all the information necessary to file with your insurance company’s claim form.  It is recommended that you check your “out-of-network mental health benefits” with your insurance company.  If you have a PPO plan, it usually has out-of-network benefits, but if you have an HMO plan, it typically does not.

Yes: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards

Does Dr. Hull prescribe medication?
